My name is Franki and I turn 18 this year. I told UCAS that I want to study Classics becasue it is my favourite subject at school, and I could quite easily lose myself in mythology. I really can't wait to learn Ancient Greek and Latin, I'm such a wierdo.
I do also have another passion though, and that is to entertain.
Since a young age my dad encouraged me to become involved in music, being a musician himself from accompanying dance shows and theatre productions to playing in his own cheeky little band.
I've always had a tiny mischievous streak, which I get from my Grandad, and use to tell rude jokes at primary school, usually toilet humour, which I had learned from him. It's fair to say, I have left my mark there... I started to dance when I was about 10, and have only recently cut down on lessons, as I'm taking my A levels this year. I wrote and directed the winning play in a competition at my school this year, which according to some, was the best they'd ever seen. I used the original Dr. Zeuss stories, and mixed them up, managing to pull off a 25 minuite production(including songs and dances!) totally in rhyme. Again, I feel that I've left my mark at this school to.
I'm hoping to move to a big city next year, with lots of oppertunities. Living in the country is relaxing I suppose...but I want to be doing more of these things!
